Functioning Similar to Sailor Jupiter's Flower Hurricane, it summons a swarm of razor sharp petals that float about on a breeze through the air. though Sailor Ediona has the ability to hone the direction of these petals to a desired point. 

Bioluminate

This is a passive ability, which can cause plant life to illuminate within a radius around her, which can be great for illuminating dark places. 

Red Lotus Reformation

This is her ultimate attack in her base form, which involves a beam of energy shooting forth from the lotus atop her staff. This ability will either destroy or heal depending on how Sailor Ediona's emotions are about the target. If she likes you, you have your wounds heal, dislikes you? Then you burn. 

The Ultimate Moves of her Super and Eternal Forms are improved versions of the previous ability named Shining Blossom Rejuvenation and Cosmic Shining Lotus Therapy.
