When teamvanessacloud saw the Palladium system it reminded them of their old associations between Fiore and rain, so when they were invited to make a character in the Edionan headcanon, they drew from that for inspiration!

Anthe is a caring individual with a rather positive disposition. She is a dreamer and tends to be optimistic. She is rather excitable especially when it comes to attending her human friends’ sports events, learning about the human lifestyle, and explaining human culture to fellow Edionans. She is prone to falling in love with other beings easily based on appearances and general disposition which often leads to her feeling disappointed when the object of her affections acts in an undesirable way. Anthe often works hard to not feel like a burden to anyone and takes pride in her work at her jobs. She is quite the athletic individual as she plays basketball and soccer with her friends in her free time and fishes.
Her favourite colours are pink, light blue, white, and yellow and her favourite food is fish and any meals containing it. Her strengths are her resistance to the cold, and her hard working nature but she is pan and has trouble with falling in love with people a bit too easily. Her dream is to become a toxicologist.

Cloud Embrace
This ability allows her to summon a cloud as her index finger points at the sky that absorbs another individual’s powers / attacks and upon commanding “Release!” the powers / attacks will be fired out of the cloud like heavy precipitation if the individual’s powers aren’t strong enough to cause her cloud to explode.
Cloud Fog
This ability allows her to hide her and others using clouds as cover.
Bullet Rain
Using her Cloud Blade, which is achieved in her Super form, she makes an air slash from right to left which forms a raincloud and makes another slash from left to right across the raincloud which releases powered rain droplets that shower down much like bullets that destroy her target.
Divine Tears
Using her Divine Cloud Sword, which is achieved in her Eternal form, she raises her sword above her head, summoning a giant raincloud then as she spins her sword, many rain droplets are released, purifying negative energies.

Backstory
Anthe’s parents Zephyr and Ata died early on during the Civil War, leaving her in the care of her maternal grandparents, Anson and Lobelia. Her grandmother, Lobelia, had been the former Sailor Chaiel. Her grandparents believed their days were numbered. Lobelia decided to entrust the Rain Lily Brooch to her as a memento which ironically caused her to awaken as the current Sailor Chaiel at the age of 14. Her grandfather, Amson, did not believe in the future of Ediona and told her to leave for another planet to survive. Despite her hesitation to leave her home planet, she complied with her grandfather’s fervent wish and using her psychokinesis to create an air bubble, she travelled to Earth and arrived on a rainy afternoon where she landed at the home of an elderly shaman named Meiko Aozora in Tokyo who was doing a ritual to bring rain.
While Meiko couldn’t see Anthe, she could tell that Anthe was a being that was not human and the spirits communicated to Meiko that she was a being from another planet that possessed no harm. Meiko welcomed Anthe into her home then adopted her with the help of her neighbor’s assistance and named her “Ame” as they met on a rainy day.

On her 15th birthday, Anthe asked her adoptive grandmother to ask the spirits whether her grandparents were still alive. Unfortunately, the spirits said her grandparents passed away during the Civil War and she decided to stay on Earth since she cared for Meiko and didn’t want to be apart from any grandparent figure again. She didn’t want to be a financial burden to her adoptive grandmother so she took on multiple part-time jobs, working as a MickeDonald’s (Nurarihyon no Mago’s brand for McDonald’s) employee, a waitress, a book shop cashier, and a library assistant. She helps protect Earth when needed and during the Infinity arc of Sailor Moon, she is 18 years old.
